Centaur Media PLC, up 9.8% at 29.10 pence, 12-month range 20.52p-42.00p. The business consultancy group confirms it is mulling the disposal of MiniMBA and is having preliminary discussions with Brave Bison Group PLC, a digital advertising and technology service provider. Brave Bison says it has entered into exclusive talks to buy eLearning business MiniMBA for an enterprise value of £19 million. Brave Bison shares rise 5.4%.

SIG PLC, down 13% at 15.63p, 12-month range 10.48p-31.00p. Travis Perkins PLC names SIG’s boss Gavin Slark as its next chief executive. Slark is to join the Northampton-based building supplies firm ‘no later than’ January 1. SIG, a Sheffield, England-based supplier of insulation and building products, says it has received notice from Slark of his resignation. ‘Gavin will continue as SIG’s CEO for a transitionary period, until a date no later than 31 December 2025,’ SIG said, adding that the process to find a new CEO is underway.
