S4 Capital PLC - London-based advertising agency - Names Radhika Radhakrishnan as its new chief financial officer with immediate effect, succeeding Mary Basterfield in the role. Radhakrishnan was previously global chief finance officer at Wavemaker, a WPP PLC media brand, and was also global CFO at Bartle Bogle Hegarty. Prior to this, she was chief finance officer at 20th Century Fox UK and CFO at Hachette Filipacchi UK, now Hearst Magazines.
Former S4 Capital CFO Basterfield will leave the company after working ‘closely’ with Radhakrishnan during a handover period.
