IN BRIEF: Revolution Beauty CEO departs for role at US’s Ulta Beauty

Revolution Beauty Group PLC - London-based cosmetics retailer - Chief Executive Officer Lauren Brindley will leave at the end of May to join much larger US peer Ulta Beauty Inc as chief merchandising & digital officer. Non-Executive Director Colin Henry will become interim CEO while Revolution looks for a permanent replacement. Henry has worked for fashion and retailing brands such as Jaeger, Espirit, Nike, Umbro, Polo Ralph Lauren and M&S. Ulta Beauty is listed on Nasdaq in New York with a $15.84 billion market capitalisation, compared to Revolution Beauty’s £31.2 million.

Current stock price: 9.80 pence, down 1.0% in London on Thursday
