Crimson Tide PLC - Kent, England-based software developer - Confirms the appointment of founder Barrie Whipp as interim executive chair, effective immediately. Chair Jacqueline Daniell has stepped down from the company.

Senior Independent Director James Joyce said: ‘On behalf of the rest of the Board I’d like to place on record our gratitude to Jacqui for her considered and wise counsel during a difficult period for the Company. The job in hand now is to bring some stability to the board with new executive appointments and the appointment of a permanent Independent Chair so we’ll be working over the next few months to put that in place.’
