Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based specialist integrated manufacturer of critical power and data transmission products - Executive Chair Nat Rothschild buys 102,797 shares at average 220p, worth £226,153, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Rothschild now has 46.9 million shares, a 25% stake.

Energean PLC - London-based energy production, development and exploration in Mediterranean and UK North Sea - Chief Executive Officer Mathios Rigas buys 13,000 shares via Growthy Holdings Co Ltd at £7.70, worth £100,100, on Monday. Rigas bought 80,989 share late last month.

Helios Underwriting PLC - investment vehicle that provides participation in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market - Non-Executive Deputy Chair Nigel Hanbury buys 35,000 shares at 204p, worth £71,400, on Wednesday. He now has 9.5 million shares, a 13% stake.
