Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing and professional services company, which is a contractor for the UK government and local authorities - Contact Centre subdivision within Capita Experience wins £92.4 million contract extension with Southern Water. The extension, which starts from July 2026, runs over a maximum five years, and comprises £56.3 million for the initial three years and £36.1 million for the optional two-year extension. Capita will continue to provide front-office customer contact, back-office transaction processing, and early collections services.
