Applied Nutrition PLC - Liverpool-based sports nutrition brands - Chair Andy Bell buys 922,484 shares at £1.08, worth £955,019, on Monday. Applied Nutrition on Monday said pretax profit fell by 27% to £11.8 million in the six months that ended January 31 from £16.1 million a year before. It said it could move the production of some of its products to the US to avoid future tariff costs.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Robert Perrins buys 14,112 shares at £35.43, worth £499,974, on Monday.

River Global PLC - London-based asset and wealth management firm formerly known as AssetCo PLC - North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC buys 550,000 B shares at 32.2p, worth £177,650, on Friday. River Global Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills, who is connected to North Atlantic Smaller Cos and other investors in River Global, now is interested in 30.0 million River Global A shares, 18.7% of the total, and 31.6 million B shares, 21.9% of the total.

Alliance Witan PLC - investment trust formed from merger of Witan Investment Trust and Alliance Trust - Chair Dean Buckley buys 10,000 shares at 1,029.33, worth, £102,933, on Thursday. Buckley also bought 10,000 shares last week.

Coats Group PLC - London-based manufacturer of industrial thread and footwear components - Chair David Gosnell buys 148,600 shares at £0.68, worth £100,436, on Friday last week.

Atalaya Mining Copper SA - produces copper from Proyecto Riotinto complex in south west Spain - Non-Executive Director Jesus Fernandez buys 32,000 shares at 307.98p, worth £98,554, on Friday. Fernandez now has 138,412 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Tandem Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based developer of sports, leisure and mobility products - Non-Executive Director Simon Bragg buys 50,000 shares at average 174.03p, worth £87,013, on Friday. Bragg now has 982,471 shares, an 18% stake.

First Tin PLC - tin mine developer with projects in Germany and Australia - Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd buys 1.0 million shares at 5.00p, worth £50,000, on Monday. Arlington now has 47.7 million shares, a 10.6% stake. First Tin Chair Charles Cannon Brookes owns 50% of Arlington.
