Melrose Industries PLC - Birmingham, England-based aerospace firm with Engines and Structures divisions that were formerly part of GKN - Non-Executive Chair Chris Grigg and wife Fionna Grigg purchase 18,000 shares at 410.99 pence, worth £73,978, on Friday. The Griggs now have 45,736 shares. Grigg took over as chair of Melrose last week.
