Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based provider of fintech and support services - Four directors buy a total of 283,574 shares at £2.21 to £2.40, worth just over £654,000, on Monday to Wednesday. Leading the purchases, Joint Chief Executive Officer Neil Stevens buys 130,000 shares and now has 2.9 million, a 2.8% stake, while Non-Executive Director Ken Davy buys 100,000 and now has 24.8 million, a 23.8% stake. Chair Phil Smith buys 45,245 shares and now has 145,112, and Chief Financial Officer David Thompson buys 8,329 shares and now has 90,197.

Alliance Witan PLC - investment trust formed from merger of Witan Investment Trust and Alliance Trust - Chair Dean Buckley buys 10,000 shares at 1,130.58, worth, £113,058, on Thursday.

Various Eateries PLC - operator of restaurants under Coppa Club and Noci brands - Non-Executive Director Hugh Osmond buys 1.0 million shares via Xercise2 Ltd at 10.75p, worth £107,500, on Wednesday. Osmond now is interested in 111.7 million shares, a 63.8% stake.

Capital Ltd - London-based provider of drilling and other mining services - Executive Chair Jamie Boyton buys 101,000 shares at £0.62, worth £62,923, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Boyton now has 21.4 million shares, a 10.9% stake.
