Nutsa Gogilashvili, deputy CEO and head of Mass Retail & Micro Business Banking, sells 4,000 shares at £55.94, worth £223,775, also on Friday.

International Public Partnerships Ltd - infrastructure investment - Non-Executive Director Giles Frost buys 200,000 shares at 110.00 pence, worth £220,000, on Friday.

Likewise Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor - Chief Executive Tony Brewer sells 1.0 million shares at £0.17, worth £165,000, on Tuesday. Brewer retains 27.2 million shares, an 11% stake, and Likewise says he doesn’t intend to sell any further shares for the ‘foreseeable future’.

Portmeirion Group PLC - Stoke-on-Trent, England-based ceramics maker and retailer of homeware brands - Chair Peter Tracey buys 100,000 shares at £1.73, worth £172,875, on Tuesday. Tracey now has 130,000 shares, a 0.9% stake.

Metals Exploration PLC - gold exploration and production in Philippines and Nicaragua - Non-Executive Director Andrew Chubb, together with Victoria Chubb, buys 564,901 at an average of 6.14p, worth £34,685, on Friday and Monday.
