Harbour Energy PLC - North Sea-focused oil and gas formed from merger of Premier Oil and Chrysaor Holdings - Chair Blair Thomas sells 6.7 million shares via EIG Separate Investments (Cayman) LP at £2.06, worth £13.7 million, on Friday last week. Harbour doesn’t provide Thomas’s current stake in the company, but in October last year, it said Thomas was interested in 8.7% via EIG entities.

Harbour Energy earlier this month said pretax profit nearly doubled to $1.22 billion in 2024 from $616 million in 2023, as revenue jumped 66% to $6.23 billion from $3.75 billion in a ‘transformational’ year that saw Harbour buy assets from Wintershall Dea.

Current stock price: 205.20 pence, up 5.0% in London on Tuesday
