Just Group PLC - London-based provider of retirement income products - Chief Financial Officer Mark Godson buys 66,086 shares as £1.51, worth £99,486, on Friday. The share purchase follows Just Group reporting annual results on Friday. Its shares fell 8.3% despite slightly better than expected annual operating profit and a 20% bump to its dividend. They are down another 2.7% on Monday morning.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC - Edinburgh-based lender - Chirantan Barua, chief executive officer of Insurance, Pensions & Investments, sells 362,761 shares at 73.80p, worth £267,718, on Thursday last week.

Kitwave Group PLC - Olga Young, wife of Divisional Operations Director Chris Young, buys 77,519 shares at £2.58, worth £199,999, on Friday. The Youngs now have 2.4 million shares, a 2.9% stake.

Derwent London PLC - London-based property developer - Three directors buy a total of 11,358 shares, at £17.49 to £17.63, worth just under £199,600, on Friday. CEO Paul Williams and CFO Damian Wisniewski each buy 2,836 shares, while Director Nigel George buys 5,686.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-headquartered lender - Tornike Gogichaishvili, deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 3,580 shares at average £43.70, worth £156,446, on Friday.

Angling Direct PLC - Norwich, England-based fishing tackle and equipment retailer - Non-Executive Director Martyn Page sells 400,000 shares at 38 pence, worth £152,000, on Friday. Angling Direct says the sale is for tax planning purposes, and Page plans no further share sales within the next six months. Page retains 10.6 million shares, a 14.2% stake.

Harbour Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas producer - CEO Linda Cook buys 75,000 shares at average 189.14p, worth £141,858, on Friday. Cook now has 9.0 million shares, a 0.6% stake.
