Inchcape PLC - London-based auto dealer - Five directors buy 66,721 shares, worth just under £490,000, on Tuesday.

Chair Jerry Buhlmann buys 35,970 shares at £6.95, worth £249,812. Chief Financial Officer Adrian Lewis, together with Katy Lewis, buys 14,436 shares at £7.13 and £7.41, worth £106,179. Senior Independent Director Alison Platt buys 7,171 shares at £6.97, worth £49,998. Chief Executive Officer Duncan Tait buys 6,948 shares at £7.16, worth £49,740. Non-Executive Director Stuart Rowley buys 5,000 shares as American depositary receipts, as $8.64, worth $43,291.

Inchcape released its 2024 results on Tuesday, launching a new £250 million share buyback programme as it set expectations for higher earnings growth in 2025.

Current stock price: 715.50 pence, up 4.4% in London on Wednesday
