Camellia PLC - Kent, England-based agriculture and engineering services firm - Notes that its Indian subsidiary, Goodricke Group Ltd, has proposed the sale of its Chulsa tea estate for around ₹181 million, or around £1.7 million. It expects the disposal to complete on or around March 15, subject to entering into a final sales agreement, and satisfying all due diligence and customary conditions.
