LPA Group PLC - Essex-based engineering firm focused on electronic and electro-mechanical components and systems - Wins a new contract worth £1.3 million for the supply of rail inter-car jumpers and connectors, for a new build project with an unnamed ‘major’ UK-based train builder. Product deliveries are expected to start in the summer of 2025 and are scheduled into 2026.

Chief Executive Officer Philo Daniel-Tran says: ‘This contract award is a significant boost to our manufacturing site in Saffron Walden, Essex and further endorses our role in the UK rail supply chain.’

Current stock price: 53.00 pence, flat in London on Tuesday afternoon
