African Pioneer PLC - natural resource explorer and developer focused on sub-Saharan Africa - Raises £420,000 via the issue of 420 million shares from existing shareholders and new investors to facilitate advancement of the Ongombo copper gold project in Namibia. In addition, the company plans to issue 1.2 million shares to settle £17,246 of accrued consultancy fees.
