Codex Acquisitions PLC - special acquisition company - Pretax loss narrows to £50,723 in 2023 from £237,122 in 2022, as remains focused on a planned reverse takeover. Looking ahead, Chair James Lawson-Brown says: ‘Codex is now focusing on completing the proposed acquisition with Technologies New Energy SA, which is expected to ultimately lead to a reverse takeover to complete our mission as an investment company and the start of TNE’s future as a listed company.’ TNE is a Portugal-incorporated company that operates in the renewable energy sector. Codex in December announced it entered into heads of terms to buy TNE.
