CT Automotive Group PLC - Portsmouth, England-based company designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry - Says that Anna Brown has tendered her resignation as chief financial officer. Brown will remain as group CFO and board member until December 24, and alongside Group Salman Mohammed, will continue to focus on running CT Automotive’s finance function. Explains that Brown is leaving ‘to pursue career opportunities beyond CT Automotive’, adding that a search process to select her successor will commence shortly‘.

Chief Executive Officer Simon Phillips says: ’On behalf of all the board I would like to thank Anna for all her hard work and her considerable contribution to the group’s turnaround. I know she will make sure the transition process for her successor is smoothly executed and we all wish her good fortune for the future.‘

Current stock price: 63.03 pence, down 3.0% in London on Wednesday
