Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Director Russell Hallbauer sells 450,000 shares at C$3.38, worth C$1.5 million, about £887,380, from Friday, Monday and Tuesday in Toronto and New York. Robert Rotzinger, vice president of capital projects, exercises options to buy 100,000 shares at C$0.69 and sells all 100,000 at C$3.44, worth C$343,500, about £200,395, on Tuesday.

Alphawave IP Group PLC - London-based designer of high-speed connectivity solutions - Chief Financial Officer Rahul Mathur buys 100,000 shares via a family trust at £1.17, worth £117,400, on Friday last week. They are Mathur’s only shares, having been hired as CFO late last year.

Serco Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based outsourcer - Katharine Eveleigh, spouse of General Counsel David Eveleigh, sells 380,000 shares at £1.80, worth £682,480, on Friday last week.

Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Douglas Bryce, managing director in Contracting division, buys 559,750 shares at average 67.4p, worth £377,272, on April 12 and 19. The shares are his only holding.

Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd - investment company managed by Partners Group Holding AG - Director Gerhard Roggemann buys 20,000 shares at €11.00, worth €220,000, on Wednesday.

Grafton Group PLC - Dublin-based building materials distributor and DIY retailer - CFO David Arnold sells 12,000 Grafton units at £9.52, worth £114,192, on Thursday.

Merit Group PLC - London-based data technology - Chief Executive Officer & CFO Philip Machray buys 125,000 shares at 63.00p, worth £78,750 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Machray now has 271,546 shares, a 1.1% stake.

Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC - Derbyshire, England-based agricultural lighting and monitoring systems provider - Non-Executive Chair Graham Cooley buys 2.4 million shares at average 3.18p, worth £76,858, on Thursday. Cooley now has 27.5 million shares, a 8.3% stake.
