SigmaRoc PLC - Dublin-based building materials company, which specialises in lime and limestone - Incoming Non-Executive Director Peter Johnson buys 110,062 shares at 64 pence each, worth £70,440. Johnson is now interested in 110,062 shares, a 0.01% stake. Johnson’s appointment to the board is expected to be from April 13, being the day following its annual general meeting.

Mercia Asset Management PLC - asset manager focused on small and medium-sized enterprises - Non?Executive Director Ray Chamberlain sells 1.6 million shares priced at 32.50p each, worth £508,239, in London on Thursday. Share sold via Forward Nominees Ltd. Chamberlain is now interested in 63.6 million shares, a 14.56% stake.
