Caledonia Mining Corp PLC - gold producer whose main asset is the Blanket Mine in Zimbabwe - Former chief executive Steve Curtis steps down from non-executive director board role with effect next annual general meeting. Curtis had retired as CEO in June 2022. Tariro Gadzikwa joins board as independent non-executive director in an appointment that came to effect on Friday. Gadzikwa was formerly chief financial officer of Johannesburg-listed Efora Energy Ltd, an oil and gas firm with operations in southern Africa, Egypt, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
