BP Marsh & Partners PLC - London-based venture capital investor - Issues trading update. Remains confident regarding ongoing performance. Reports group funds stood at £40.5 million as at January 31 2024 compared to £12.1 million at January 31. Plans to pay final dividend of £1 million. In January, BP Marsh said it intended to double its annual dividend payments to £4 million per year for the financial years ending January 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Intends to allocate further £6 million to share buyback programme. After talks, BP Marsh says it does not believe a large scale return of capital transaction such as a tender offer to be the best route forward for the company at this time.
