Andrews Sykes Group PLC - Wolverhampton-based heating and air-conditioning firm - Promotes Non-Executive Chair Jean-Jacques Murray to executive chair, effective immediately. Murray has been non-executive chair since June last year. Before this, he was non-executive vice-chair since February 2007. Also promotes his brother Jean-Pierre Murray to non-executive vice chair, having been non-executive director since August 2008. Says the board remains ‘extremely confident in the ongoing strategy and prospects of the company’.
