Rio Tinto PLC - London-based miner - Bold Baatar, chief executive for Copper, sells 55,208 shares at £57.72, worth £3.2 million, on Wednesday last week. Chief Commercial Officer Alfredo Barrios sells 40,000 shares at £57.75, worth £2.3 million, also on Wednesday, and sells another 40,000 shares at £58.39, for another £2.3 million, on Thursday.

Tullow Oil PLC - oil and gas explorer and producer in West Africa - Non-Executive Director Roald Goethe buys 150,000 shares at £0.36 to £0.39, worth £55,940, on Friday last week.

Bluejay Mining PLC - base metals and gold exploration and development in Greenland and Finland - Non-Executive Director Roderick McIllree buys 10.0 million shares at £0.0053, worth £53,000, on Thursday last week. McIllree joined the Bluejay board last month.

US Solar Fund PLC - London-based investment company focusing on owning and operating solar power assets in North America - Non-Executive Director Jamie Richards buys 119,617 shares at 41.80p, worth £50,000, on Wednesday last week.
