Netcall PLC - Bedford-based customer engagement software provider - Says Chief Executive Officer Henrik Bang to move to non-executive chair, with effect from January 1, after 20 years in the role. In Bang’s place, promotes Finance Director James Ormondroyd to CEO, effective also from January 1. Current Chair Michael Jackson will remain on board as a non-executive director, while Richard Hughes has been appointed as chief financial officer, with effect from November 27. Hughes formerly worked at Proactis Holdings PLC, ARRIS International PLC and Pace PLC.

Current stock price: 80.40 pence, down 0.7% in London on Monday
