Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to private equity investments of Oakley funds - Oakley Capital Origin Fund I agrees to buy a stake in Webcentral DEH from Australian parent Webcentral Ltd. Webcentral DEH is a domains, hosting and e-mail provider founded in 1996. It currently provides services to more than 330,000 small and medium businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The overall value of the investment is not disclosed, but the contribution of Oakley Capital Investments will be about £3 million.
