Big Technologies PLC - Rickmansworth, England-based remote people monitoring technology company - Chief Operating Officer Charles Lewinton has sold 90,000 shares between October 19-23 at an average price of £1.94 each. Lewinton now holds 81,200 shares or around 0.03% of the company’s issued share capital.

Mobius Investment Trust PLC - London-based investor in emerging or frontier markets - Joseph Mobius, one of its portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners LLP, on October 11 sold 467,214 shares at 129.00 pence each. On Tuesday he has sold a further 1.2 million shares at 121.13p each. Mobius now holds 13.9 million shares or 12.09% of the trust’s issued share capital.
