Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Further to announcement on September 6 regarding the agreement to add Energy Capital Partners Holdings LP and affiliated entities to its platform, announces that it has been informed that required investor consents to the transaction have been received for ECP Fund III, ECP Fund IV and ECP Fund V. Expects closing to occur during the first quarter of 2024.
