i(x) Net Zero PLC - investor in energy transition - Says it Enphys Acquisition Corp has agreed with its shareholders to extend the deadline for an initial acquisition from October 8 to July 8, 2024. i(x) Net Zero has an indirect 30% stake in Enphys. Enphys filed for an extension with the US Securities & Exchange Commission in August.
