Inteliqo Ltd on Tuesday announced results for the period between May 2022 and March 2023, after it started trading on the AQSE in August last year.

Inteliqo is an Edinburgh-based start-up technology company providing sales services to consumer technology brands under long-term distribution agreements.

For the period from May 3, 2022, its incorporation day, to March 31, 2023, the company reported a pretax loss of $684,267. It does not yet generate revenue.

Meanwhile, the company said it bought the exclusive sales and marketing rights to the Langaroo App globally under an agreement with Ipedia Technologies Commercial Brokers LLC. Under the agreement, Ipedia has ownership of all intellectual property rights in the app, and grants Inteliqo the exclusive worldwide rights to sub-license a broad range of services such as the promotion, marketing offer for sale and sale of the Langaroo app.

Further, Inteliqo posted another agreement about sharing revenue between Ipedia, Inteliqo and HKML Ltd.

Both agreements are in place for 20 years.

Langaroo is an app that enables users to understand, speak, message, and share information across over 130 languages, Inteliqo explained.

Looking ahead, Inteliqo said Langaroo is now generating sales, with the company confident that it will reach profitability in its current financial year 2024.

Inteliqo shares were flat at 1.02 pence each on Tuesday afternoon on AQSE in London.
