Coral Products PLC - Manchester, England-based specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products - Will make an earn-out payment of £1.3 million for its acquisition of Alma Products Ltd, which it acquired back in May of last year. Says earn-out will be paid using its existing cash resources and will complete the payments for the acquisition. Total consideration for Alma is therefore £2.8 million. Last year, Coral paid an initial £1.5 million in cash for Alma.
Alma is a Runcorn, Cheshire-based company.
