Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, England-based hydrogen-from-waste-plastic producer - Acquires outstanding 52% stake of Engsolve Ltd for £572,000. Says the remaining shareholding was owned by two Powerhouse directors, Paul Emmitt and Richard Riddell. Back in 2021, Powerhouse had bought a 48% stake of Engsolve for a cash consideration of £99,990. Engsolve is a Bridgend, Wales-based engineering consultancy.
