RM PLC on Friday said the UK Competition & Markets authority cleared the completed £16.0 million sale of the company’s Integris and Finance Business to Key Support Services Ltd.
The CMA on Friday announced it will not refer the sale by RM, an Oxfordshire, England-based IT products and services provider, to a phase 2 investigation.
RM now anticipates to receive £3.5 million in cash within 10 business days as part of the sale, on top of a £550,000 additional payment.
RM shares were 2.6% higher at 90.28 pence each on Friday morning in London.
