XLMedia PLC - Henley-on-Thames-based digital publisher - Sells its domain and website, MoneyUnder30, for $675,000. Says this sale completes the disposal of its entire Personal Finance asset portfolio, amounting to a total cash consideration of $2.1 million. Says the cash will be used in the day-to-day operations of the business.
For 2022, the assets relating to the Personal Finance division generated revenue of $1.9 million and a loss before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of $1.3 million.
