Coinsilium Group Ltd on Friday said it has acquired the Tokenomi Web3 advisory service business.

The Gibraltar-based Web3 investor, advisor and venture builder said it acquired Tokenomi for £116,500. The company said it has paid £19,000 in cash, and £97,000 to be paid via the issue of 3.3 million new shares at 3.0 pence per share.

Coinsilium notes that Tokenomi’s advisory service agreements can be expected to reach £1.0 million over the next one to two years.

Coinsilium Chief Executive Eddy Travia said: ‘As market conditions continue to improve, we are most encouraged to see the growing level of activity in the wider Web3 venture space, and the steady stream of demand we are now witnessing for our Web3 advisory services, particularly in the SE Asia region.

‘The timely completion of the Tokenomi acquisition, as announced today, brings its founder, Alexis Nicosia, into our advisory team and I look forward to working closely with Alexis, together with the Coinsilium team, in scaling up and further developing our advisory service capabilities, as a revenue generating adjunct to Coinsilium‘
