Literacy Capital PLC - London-based investment trust focused on opportunities to invest for the long-term in growing private UK businesses - Acquires significant minority stake into Cubo Work and will provide capital to fund further growth of the business. Investment will support Cubo’s expansion plans. Notes Cubo’s ‘already impressive roster’ of portfolio companies, which includes Grayce, Oxygen Freejumping, Butternut Box and Antler Homes. Financial details have remained undisclosed.
