Town Centre Securities PLC - Leeds, England-based property investor, car park and hotel operator - Completes the sale of the residential element of the development site at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds to build-to-rent residential developer Glenbrook for £13.0 million. The book value of this part of the development site at December 31 was £10.0 million. The proceeds from the sale will be used to repay bank borrowings with the balance retained for working capital, such bringing forward further development on the remainder of the site and to fund further investments.
Current stock price: 141.90 pence, down 0.1% on Friday morning in London.
