Sutton Harbour Group PLC on Monday said it completed the sale of a flat for £435,000 in Harbour Arch Quay to Beinhaker Design Services Ltd.
Sutton Harbour, a waterfront regeneration company specializing in marine operation and waterfront regeneration in Plymouth and southwest England, sold the flat for the full marketed asking price, in line with other properties in Harbour Arch Quay.
Directors Graham Miller, Sean Swales and Natasha Gadsdon, who are independent of the transaction, consulted with the company’s nominated adviser, Strand Hanson, and agreed that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable.
Shares in Sutton Harbour were flat at 21.00 pence on Monday afternoon.
