Seraphine Group PLC - UK maternity wear brand - Updates on acceptances for agreed bid by Mayfair Equity Partners made on January 20. Says that at 1300 GMT on Monday Mayfair has received acceptances representing 74% of Seraphine shares including those previously held by Mayfair - Urges Seraphine shareholders who have not yet accepted the offer to do so as soon as possible.
