Knights Group Holdings PLC - Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire-based legal and professional services firm - Completes acquisition of independent Bristol-based law firm Meade King LLP. In January, Knights said it would buy Meade King for a total sum of £2.1 million, with an initial cash consideration of £1.5 million. Meade was founded in 1790. Knights a month ago said it expects the acquisition to be immediately earnings enhancing.
