IAmFire PLC - London-based investment issuer focusing on social commerce, life sciences and natural resources opportunities - Subscribes for further convertible loan notes in e-commerce platform WeShop Holdings Ltd, following prior subscriptions on December 1 and July 6.

IAmFire subscribes for a further £500,000 of CLNs in WeShop. This was after subscribing to £3.8 million of CLNs on July 6 and £2.0 million on December 1.

Same as early December, the conversion price is 200.00 pence per WeShop ordinary share. This means IamFire would receive 1.3 million ordinary shares or 4.4% of share capital in WeShop, if it converted all of the convertible loan notes subscribed for this month, worth £2.5 million.

Current stock price: 2.45 pence
