ScS Group PLC - Sunderland-based furniture and floorings company - Says Chris Muir will step down as chief financial officer. The exact date is not disclosed. Says the process to identify a successor will start immediately. Muir has a 12-month notice period and will remain with the business while a successor is identified and to ensure a smooth handover.
Muir became ScS CFO in 2016, joining from vehicle hire company Northgate PLC.
