Marble Point Loan Financing Limited - Guernsey based closed-ended investment firm - Investment manager Marble Point Credit Management LLC will be purchased by private equity firm Investcorp. Marble Point said that the acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, subject to regulatory requirements and closing conditions. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
