Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - Armenia and Kyrgyzstan-focused gold mining company - Confirms it is in discussions regarding the potential acquisition of mining firm Lydian Armenia CJSC from Lydian Canada Ventures Corp. Says it would constitute a reverse takeover.

Accordingly, shares are suspended from the London Stock Exchange immediately, pending an announcement and publication of an admission document that the potential acquisition is not proceeding. However, Chaarat Gold says no certainty that the acquisition will be completed.
