Tirupati Graphite PLC - London-based company specialising in graphite and graphene - Extends long stop date for the acquisition of Suni Resources SA from Battery Minerals Ltd to September 30, in order to facilitate the receipt of all required Mozambique government approvals.

In mid-August, Tirupati agreed to acquire Suni Resources SA from Battery Minerals, which holds the Montepuez Graphite Project and Balama Central Graphite Project.

The deal is now conditional on in-country approvals, mainly from the Ministry of Mineral Resources & Energy in Mozambique.

Current stock price: 39.00 pence, down 8.8% on Tuesday
