Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - Investment vehicle - Notes that Oakley Capital Fund V will be investing into Phenna Group, a platform in the Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance sector.

Oakley Capital Investments will make an indirect contribution of £70 million.

Company also notes the acquisition by Oakley Capital of CTS Group, a UK infrastructure-focused provider of testing, inspection and geoengineering consulting services. Once both companies are acquired, CTS will become part of Phenna.
