ECR Minerals PLC - gold exploration and development company focused on Australia - Receives A$950,000, around $654,597, in proceeds from the sale of its property at 177 Bassett Road in the Australian state of Victoria. ECR's 100% owned Australian subsidiary Mercator Gold Holdings Pty Ltd will continue to have use of the property until January 1, 2023 ‘for a nominal sum’.
