Jaywing PLC on Wednesday said it has promoted Finance Director Christopher Hughes to chief financial officer.
Jaywing is a Sheffield-based data-driven advertising and marketing agency.
Hughes will replace Ajay Handa, who has been acting as interim CFO since March.
Handa plans to step down from the interim position by the end of August, with Hughes picking up the role next Thursday.
Hughes joined Jaywing in July last year. Prior to that he held senior finance roles at Lowell Financial Ltd.
Shares in Jaywing were untraded at 8.30 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
