AssetCo PLC - London-based advisory and asset management firm - Completes the sale of River & Mercantile US Holdings Ltd for $8.8 million to Agilis Holdings Company LLC.
Says $856,000 will be paid on completion and a further $1.7 million will be payable within 60 days of completion. Following this, $6.0 million with be paid in another 60 days. A further £240,000 will be paid one-year after completion.
River & Mercantile US was part of River & Mercantile Group PLC. AssetCo agreed a £98.8 million takeover of River & Mercantile back in January.
