Haleon PLC - Weybridge, Surrey-based consumer healthcare products - Senior Independent Director Vindi Banga buys 98,000 shares at £2.91, worth 285,180, on Monday. Non-Executive Director John Young buys 80,541 shares at £3.12, worth £251,288, on Tuesday.

Rio Tinto PLC - London-based miner - Chief Executive Officer Jakob Stausholm buys 10,000 shares at £48.57, worth £485,687, on Thursday last week.

Seraphine Group PLC - London-based maternity and nursing wear - CEO David Newton Williams subscribes for 850,000 shares at 28.75 pence, worth £244,375, on Tuesday. Now has 2.7 million shares.

Games Workshop Group PLC - Nottingham-based miniature wargames maker and retailer - CEO Kevin Rountree buys 2,729 shares at £76.40, worth £208,496, on Tuesday. Chief Financial Officer Rachel Tongue buys 1,831 shares at £76.30 on the same day. Both purchases are in keeping with the requirements of the company's exceptional bonus award programme. Rountree now has 12,072 shares and Tongue 9,561.

CentralNic Group PLC - London-based online marketing services - Managing Director Donald Baladasan sells 105,431 shares at 125.28p and 130.5p, worth £134,697, on Friday last week. Sale was to settle tax liabilities from past share option exercises, company says. Baladasan now has 2.6 million shares, a 0.9% stake.

Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based cinema chain - Blue Coast Private Equity LP, for which Everyman Non-Executive Director Michael Rosehill is a director, buys 200,000 shares at 110.5p, worth £221,000, on Thursday. Blue Coast now has 17.5 million shares, a 19% stake.
